Person who called me was very polite and offered to send the tweezers after two weeks as they are working in upgrading the quality however upon my request partial order was cancelled and refund was issued. When i received the scraper i was surprised to see a gift as an apology which was just amazing. Team sent me moss scissors which is around 900 free of cost. I am super happy and grateful for this amazing gesture from b2n team. Hope to get the tweezers in stock soon. Will be using b2n prodcuts only going forward
